With over 13 years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem as a customer admin and developer, partner consultant, architect, and trainer, and ServiceNow employee, I’ve worked with many customers to implement and develop custom functionality in ServiceNow. I have experience with solution architecture, hands-on development, as well as mentoring and leading consulting teams.

A member of the 2015 and 2016 ServiceNow Community MVP classes and 2017-19 Community Leader classes, I’ve been very active in the ServiceNow community. I’ve spoken at numerous ServiceNow User Groups and Developer Meetups as well as 6 Knowledge conferences. I've also authored and delivered many beginner to advanced ServiceNow training classes.
